We shot a music video on the iPhone 4s — Check it out!

A few weeks back there was big news in the film world, with the announcement of two cutting edge cameras from Canon and RED. While I as excited by these announcements as anyone else I started to think back on the technology I had only a few years ago — how bulky and ‘ancient’ it was by today’s standards. I mean, the phone in my pocket is smaller and shoots higher resolution video than what I took on my first expedition to Pakistan in 2007.. That’s how the idea for this project was born.

Shot over a couple afternoons around Salt Lake City, myself and whoever wasn’t too busy from the Camp4 crew collaborated with our friend Gillian Chase (beautiful and talented singer songwriter) to shoot a music video for one of her songs she has been performing during her live shows recently. It was an incredibly different yet fun project. I hope you enjoy it, and remember any camera is just a tool that makes your story/vision/art come to life!
